Nzoia Water Services Company (NZOWASCO) Ltd is a limited liability Company established in 2004 under the Companies Act, Cap 486 of laws of Kenya (now repealed). The Company is jointly owned by Bungoma and Trans-Nzoia County Governments in accordance with relevant provisions of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, Water Act, 2016, County Governments Act, 2012 and the Companies Act, 2015.
The Board of Directors (the Board) comprise of representatives of stakeholders identified in accordance with Corporate Governance Guidelines issued by Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB)
