1. Kindly visit https://erp.nzoiawater.or.ke/erpOnline-mas/index.html and access your balances, statements, and bills at your convenience.
2. Click on register and enter your names, valid account (s), email and phone No.
3. In case you have multiple accounts ensure you register by entering all accounts separated by a comma e.g. 30010012,30010013,30010014. etc
4. Once done click submit and check your email as your password will automatically be emailed there.
Note your account shall be validated within a short period before you are allowed to access our services. So keep the log in with credentials emailed to you.
